The advantages of online AOI over offline AOI are reflected in these aspects
1. Simplify the process flow. Online AOI simplifies the turnover process of product PCB in SMT production process.
The overall production time is shortened. The online AOI can be placed in front of the furnace and behind the furnace to improve the production efficiency; Online AOI basically does not require manual participation to reduce the factory's initial investment in products and reduce labor costs.
2. High detection quality. The configuration of online AOI is higher than that of offline AOI. Offline AOI has the defect of delayed information feedback. On the contrary, online AOI can quickly and accurately detect product PCB defects, and the detection process is basically completed synchronously with the production process.
